In 1986, Ron became the Founder and President of Liberty Business Systems, Inc and has been in the copier industry since 1979. He has 2 daughters, Kara and Nicole; some of his activities include: hunting, flying airplanes, softball, basketball, and golf. He is also a member of the YMCA and Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church.

Ben Nelson
Sales Manager and Wide Format Specialist

Ben Nelson graduated from MSUM in 2000 with a Degree in Business Management. He started with Liberty Business Systems, Inc. in October of 2000. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2004. He also is the wide format specialist for Liberty Business Systems, Inc. and has developed the largest market share of wide format equipment with his Oce product line. Customer retention and satisfaction is his top priority and he has established this with his customers over the years. He currently resides in Moorhead, MN with his wife Jen and their two sons Riley and Brayden. He is greatly involved with his sons' hockey, baseball, and soccer. Ben also likes to hunt, fish, and play basketball with his friends.

Sheldon is the Business Development Manager for Liberty Business Systems, Inc. He has over 19 years experience assisting customers with office solutions. Sheldon and his wife have 2 children and he is involved with the Fargo West Rotary.

Jeff Olson

Jeff has an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology/Computer Repair from NDSCS, with over 16 years of experience as a service technician. He has won 2 world class service awards with Lanier. He has been employed with Liberty Business Systems, Inc. since November 2007. In August 2008, Jeff was promoted to Service Manager. He continues to make customer satisfaction Liberty's number one goal. He and his wife are very active in local organizations. Jeff also enjoys fishing and hiking.

Dawn is the Office Coordinator at Liberty Business Systems, Inc. Some of her duties include assuring we have correct documentation on new employees, administrative hiring, maintaining service contracts, and service dispatch backup. She has been in the document solutions industry for 14 years, 7 of those years have been with Liberty Business Systems, Inc. Dawn lives in Fargo with her 15 year old son, Dustin, and in her spare time she enjoys attending his various athletic activities.

Ashley has been employed with Liberty Business Systems, Inc. since February 2008 and is the Receptionist/Sales Support. She has an AAS Degree in Sales Marketing and Management from MSCTC and has over 4 years experience in retail sales and customer service. Ashley and her husband, Jeremy, currently reside in South Fargo and enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Lee has been employed with Liberty Business Systems, Inc. since September 2008 as the Purchasing Coordinator. He graduated from UND with a degree in Business Administration and has over 20 years of experience in purchasing, leasing, and administration in the business solutions industry. Lee and his wife have 2 children who are active in music, soccer, basketball, and baseball. He enjoys softball, golf, basketball, camping, and is a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
