We currently have between 15 and 20 copiers under service contract with your company. The service you have been providing for the past seven years has been just what we expect. We believe in providing our clients with excellent service and we expect that from those who provide service for us. Your service technicians arrive promptly when called. Most often they fix the problem and then check the entire system for any other items that need attention. When they do encounter problems, they provide the fix and tactfully suggest operational changes for our staff if operator error created the problem. They tend to business and get their work done in a timely manner.

Gentlemen:

We are satisfied users of the K-M 4030 multifunction system. We purchased the unit several years ago after testing several brands, including a comparable Sharp. We use the scan to file option daily as well as the usual copier functions. Printing from our workstations is also used daily. The optional fax module made it our main fax machine. The fact that this copier runs like an HP printer was a huge factor in our decision to buy.

Our experience with the K-M machine has been excellent. We have had only training calls, no service call, since it has been on site. We are considering delaying purchase of our next copier until the Kyocera's color unit is on the market.

Just a quick note to say how delighted we are with our Kyocera FS-1900. This machine replaced a much more expensive and service prone HP laser jet.

We had been noticing high operation costs with the HP and needed a machine that would duplex without jamming... the 1900 was a perfect fit.

Dear Ron:

My staff and I are so pleased with our Kyocera Mita digital copier that I just had to write this letter so you can tell other about our good experience. As you know, we needed to replace our older Toshiba copier as it was too expensive to operate and was breaking down frequently. We shopped around looking at many of the newer systems on the market and decided to buy the Kyocera Mita digital system from Liberty. The cost of the system was not the cheapest one we could buy but we learned a long time ago that the initial purchase price of a copier is but a small part of the overall cost during the life of the system.

Your salesperson told us about the unique ceramic drum used by Kyocera Mita which helped us understand why it is simply the least expensive system on the market to operate. The reliability we have experienced has been outstanding. Your staff is a pleasure to work with which really complements the outstanding products you sell. We are just happy as we can be to recommend Kyoccera Mita and Liberty Business Systems to anyone considering buying or leasing a new printer or copier. Have them call us!
