Gentlemen:

We are satisfied users of the K-M 4030 multifunction system. We purchased the unit several years ago after testing several brands, including a comparable Sharp. We use the scan to file option daily as well as the usual copier functions. Printing from our workstations is also used daily. The optional fax module made it our main fax machine. The fact that this copier runs like an HP printer was a huge factor in our decision to buy.

Our experience with the K-M machine has been excellent. We have had only training calls, no service call, since it has been on site. We are considering delaying purchase of our next copier until the Kyocera's color unit is on the market.

My staff and I are so pleased with our Kyocera Mita digital copier that I just had to write this letter so you can tell other about our good experience. As you know, we needed to replace our older Toshiba copier as it was too expensive to operate and was breaking down frequently. We shopped around looking at many of the newer systems on the market and decided to buy the Kyocera Mita digital system from Liberty. The cost of the system was not the cheapest one we could buy but we learned a long time ago that the initial purchase price of a copier is but a small part of the overall cost during the life of the system.

Your salesperson told us about the unique ceramic drum used by Kyocera Mita which helped us understand why it is simply the least expensive system on the market to operate.
